Network for Affordable Housing
The rapid escalation of real estate prices, high growth in low-wage jobs, and a steady decline in federally subsidized rental housing prompted the Network for Affordable Housing (NOAH) to pursue opportunities to meet an urgent and growing community need: Affordable housing for families and children in Oregon.
NOAH contacted To the Point to help compile and produce a 500-page grant to the MacArthur Foundation to preserve 6,000 subsidized housing units in Oregon by 2013. We partnered with NOAH to provide visual content direction, editing, copywriting and design. After the $25 million grant was awarded, we redesigned their website (http://www.preserveoregonhousing.org/) and produced print pieces for a statewide campaign to capture the attention of private housing owners.
